Mindfulness training has many benefits within the education, government, and corporate environments, from increased resilience and ability to deal with stress, to improved focus, creativity, productivity and leadership.

 

Content and program length can be tailored to suit individual requirements and contribute to existing Professional Development programs.

Introductory group workshops are an ideal way to learn about mindfulness. Participants receive a comprehensive range of take home materials to support their ongoing learning and practice.

Workshops are held on demand in Central Victoria.

Individual 
Services

Mindfulness-based counselling modalities such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy offer powerful tools for mental health and personal growth.

 

Being an individual client offers full client confidentiality and a personalised therapy program. 

 

​Personal counselling is offered via Zoom or phone consultation.

Peter also brings his extensive mindfulness and mental health background to individual face to face NDIS support services in Central Victoria.
